Santa Faces

My kiddos are Santa obsessed this time of year. Our Santa faces we made proved to be one of the most thrilling craft projects we've done this season.

What You'll Need:
  • White paper plate
  • Scissors
  • Red construction paper
  • Poster board
  • Glue
  • Cotton Balls

Start by cutting out the center of your paper plate. Then draw a beard shape on poster board (I used poster board for the thicker paper), cut out and tape onto the paper plate.
Next draw a triangle on red construction paper, cut out, and tape on the paper plate.
Since I did this project with all two and three year olds, I put the glue on and told them to put cotton balls wherever there was glue. This was the easiest and least messiest way to use glue.

Once their Santa Faces dried, the kids had a BLAST playing Santa Claus. They each took turns being Santa, having the other kids sit on their laps and asking what they want for Christmas. They even delivered "presents" to each other. Such a cute craft that sparked their imaginations as well!
